The name of the Trust shall be the "GEETA INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY &
CHARITABLE TRUST" and the Registered office of the trust shall be situated
AT-Banamalipur, PO-Banamalipur, PS-Balipatna,DIST- Khurda THE OBJECTS OF THE
TRUST SHALL BE:-
To manage the day to day affair of the trust to achieve the highest goal of
humanism in a welfare trust.
To promote Job oriented education, technical education and produce technical
trained personal to meet growing demand of technical education, technical
service including business management, Engineering education, research and +2
Residential Science & Commerce College, in particular for the students and young
person.
To organize, encourages and initiate socio economic programs aim at poverty
alleviation, rehabilitation and social awareness.
The trustees may from time to time frame schemes and rules and regulation to
carry out the objects of the trust.
Various type of education in order to provide a sound educational system within
the common people.
Spiritual education in order to create spiritualism among
students.
An ideal form of Education system for pre-school going children.
To promote sports and cultural activities.
To establish and promote academic activities in all areas of technical studies
and to promote, training and placement to unemployed educated youth.
To establish, acquire, take over run, maintain and support schools, colleges,
Universities, Study Circles ad any other kind of educational institutions,
residential or non-residential for imparting education of Vedic Science, modern
Science, Applied Science, Business and Commerce, Vocational, Medicinal
Engineering Law, Arts, Architecture, Administration, Computer Science, Tourism,
Journalism, Social Service or any other disciplines.
Training Facilities to qualified personnel's facilities to enable them to
compete in the present society.
To organize and provide placement facilities of qualified trained personnel's.
To provide education, training and placement in the field of computer and
software development.
To provide for export related activities in the field of computer and software
development.
To do all such things as the federation may think fit proper from time to time.
To invest federations funds to acquire land & building property or any other
tangible assets for fulfillment of federations objectives,
To appoint staff, experts, volunteers and consultants for the fulfillment of its
objectives.
To undertake deposit mobilization scheme in the forms of savings from the
members like fixed deposit, savings deposits, recurring deposits etc. with
interest.
To advance the money generated from deposit mobilization in form of lending
monthly, half-yearly, yearly or short term duration to the small marginal
farmers and business men with an interest of little more than that of deposit.
Thereby the trust will gains the marginal interest for its sustenance.
To provide accommodation facilities to the students of any
categories may it be technical/medical or general students. Hostel facilities to
both the boys and girls will be provided with fooding facilities if required.
WHEREAS THE DECLARANTS felt if necessary to create a fund with the purpose of
utilizing the income arising there from to realize the objectives of the trust
as specified therein above and appeal to the public and conscious citizen for
contribution to the said fund.
AND WHEREAS a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One thousand only) has been donated by
declarants for the purpose of said fund.
To organize training courses, seminars, conferences, workshops, lectures
meetings fees, meals and the rest in the furtherance of the objects and concept
of social welfare and development.
To provide financial assistance to the S.H.G. Groups for capacity building of
the Women in the Rural and Urban Areas.
To arrange finance from different financial Institutions and Commercial Banks
and NABARD.
To Organize Farmers Clubs to promote Agriculture and Development of Agro Based
Industries in the society.
To receive donation from Govt., Private and other Donor agencies from abroad for
the development of the downtrodden and weaker section of the society.
To take-up various income generation activities towards economic development of
SHGs and individual members.
To take-up various skill training, design, marketing common facility,
infrastructure development and entrepreneurship development programmes to create
employment for SHG members.
To implement welfare schemes like, education, health, natural, calamities,
housing, pension, insurance programmes sponsored by Govt. semi-Govt. and NGOs
for the betterment of the lives of the artisan members.
To undertake steps for making the federation economically self- sufficient.
The total number of Trustees at any time shall not be less than three and not
more than seven and it can be changed in future as per the requirement.
